     Use some time to ascess yourself before ever trying to ascess another person. be honest with yourself about your own characteristics and manage your instilled and ingrained behaviorisms. This will help you to maintain a level headed approach that keeps your feet on the groung; yet gives you the common sense to keep reaching towards the heavens above.

     Practice living without discounting the small world that we live in, yet never forsake seeng  the big picture in your life. Know precisely who  you areas well as every moment  affords and be conscious of your surrounding at all times. This will help you to have the courtesy of doing this for, to and about others. Then you can make an informed decision concerning any necessary course of  action that may need to be taken at any given time.

     Take responsibility for your actions and/or reactions and deal honestly with those people you have affected.  Humbly acknowledge whether the issue they take with you is contrary, or one of favor. If it is a contrary issue they have with you, just say you are sorry.  'Sorry' is not an admission of guilt, it simply states you feel sorrow that it didn't turn out so well for them.  Now to give an apology is to ask for forgiveness for a wrong doing, and is nothing to hold back on if you are at fault; so admit it, and then say your sorry as well.   If the issue they have for you is one of favor, don't gloat or get big-headed.  Be humble in your 'Thank you's and smile sweetly when you get a  pat on the back, or an "atta-boy. No one wants to hear you go on and on about your achievements long after the praise has been dealt.  

This is knowledge: That we are all under the same sun, moon and stars of this one earth. We all bleed the same color; and every one has some one that they love or loved and is looking to be loved for one reason or another.   

This is Wisdom: It is virtuous to be humble, honest, patient, and kind while never forgetting the complete urgency of NOW.
